A search for the missing brother of a star from TV series Sex in the City and Sensitive Skin has ended with a tragic discovery.

Christopher Cattrall, the brother of British-Canadian actor Kim Cattrall, had been reported missing in Alberta on February 3.

The RCMP stated in a news release that the 55-year-old man had been missing from his home in Blackfalds, in Lacombe County, Alberta, since January 30.

On Instagram, the 61-year-old Kim Cattrall, had posted a plea for help in locating her brother. She stated that there were several things that were out of character for him: his keys, wallet, and cellphone were left in the house; his front door was unlocked; and his seven dogs were also left alone.
