|Some on the Scottsdale City Council want to cancel a roundabout project currently under construction, but if they do, they'll have to pay back $31 million in federal grant money. Supporters of the roundabout at Scottsdale and Dynamite roads say it'll help with traffic safety. Some hope the project moves forward so the city doesn't lose out on the federal grant.
