Seniors Helping Seniors® In-Home Care Services Expands in Greater Atlanta, Georgia

April 01, 2025 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA, GA – Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care is building a workforce of caregivers who create meaningful relationships with their senior care clients. Now, local resident Chadwick Wade has opened a new location to serve the Greater Atlanta community.

Chadwick built a highly successful career in health care, working as a clinician, director of operations, and vice president of marketing and business development. Despite financial stability and professional achievements, he felt a deeper calling — one that led him to explore entrepreneurship. After much reflection and prayer, Wade discovered Seniors Helping Seniors allowing him to leverage his health care expertise while building something of his own. The brand prioritizs the hiring of active seniors to help their less active counterparts.

Now, Chadwick is embarking on his journey as a Seniors Helping Seniors® franchise owner. Through franchising, he found a system that eliminates the guesswork of starting a business from scratch, providing the structure and support needed to succeed.

“I am a highly decorated health care professional. I have done just about everything you can do in health care,” said Wade. “Even though I was financially comfortable, something just didn’t feel right. I think I got to a point in my life where I wanted to do something different. I started praying about it and things just aligned.”

The demand for in-home care for mature populations continues to grow, with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reporting that nearly 70% of retirees will require some form of long-term care. Seniors Helping Seniors® services is expanding in Georgia with its services and approach to caregiver-client matching.

The Seniors Helping Seniors® hires senior caregivers, which provides employment opportunities for seniors and better cultivates meaningful relationships between caregivers and care receivers.

“We’re prioritizing the best possible care for our seniors,” said Seniors Helping Seniors® President Namrata Yocom-Jan. “That’s exactly what we’ve found with Chadwick as a new franchisee Partner, who are well-equipped to provide in-home services to those in need throughout Greater Atlanta.”
