Delaware investment firm acquiring Nature’s Table

Fast Fresh Brands, owned by the Delaware investment firm, DIA Equity Partners, has acquired Orlando-based Nature's Table, which has locations in Georgia and Indiana, according to a company press release.

FFB owns Bee Healthy Cafe in Oklahoma City and has been expanding its footprint in the walk-up breakfast and lunch restaurant segment since 2022, when DIA partners first became its partial owner. Like Bee Healthy Café, Nature's Table specializes office buildings, airports and gyms with a focus on fresh and nutritious meals.

The principals of DIA Equity Partners, who also serve as board members for FFB, include:

• Clifford Hudson, chairman of the Board of Fast Fresh Brands and former chairman and CEO of Sonic Corp.
• Sid Feltenstein, former chairman and CEO of Yorkshire Global Restaurants, Inc.
• Neal Black, former CEO of Jos. A. Bank Clothiers.
• Craig Miller, former chief digital and information Officer of Planet Fitness and Sonic Corp.
