New details were revealed about a suspect connected to a double-murder and a child abduction in eastern New Mexico.

Alek Isaiah Collins, 26, is accused of killing Samantha Harley Cisneros and Taryn Allen on Friday at at New Mexico park. Police said he also shot Cisneros's 5-year-old daughter and kidnapped her 10-month-old daughter Eleia Maria Torres.

He was arrested Monday in Abilene, Texas.

According to court documents obtained by KVII, Collins shot Allen multiple times and Cisneros once.

Two men in the park found the bodies around 4:30 p.m. Friday and called 911.

When police arrived, they found the 5-year-old girl. According to court documents, she had been shot in the head but was responsive and tried to speak to police. She had dried blood on her mouth, which made police think she had been there a while.

After the girl was rushed to the hospital, police found a baby bottle and a a stroller next to Samantha's van. There was also a car seat for a baby and baby clothes.

Police found a receipt in the van for the Dollar Tree at 390 N. Prince with a time stamp of 2:48 p.m. Surveillance video from the store showed Taryn and Harley in the store along with Harley's children.

Phone records showed they were at Twin Cronnies at 2:15 p.m., Dollar Tree at 2:48 p.m., and the park at 2:59 p.m.

According to court documents, a "tower dump" showed Collins' cell phone was in the park around the same time of the murders. It was also near the Dollar Tree when the victims were there.

Surveillance video from the McDonald's at 3801 N. Prince shows Collins in the drive-thru at 2:44 p.m. He was driving a maroon Honda which matched the piece of car that was found at the murder scene.

Police learned the car was rented using an app called Turo. The owner said Collins rented the car on April 21 and was supposed to return it April 23.

The owner said it had GPS and he could disable it.

GPS showed the car was at 818 Harwell Street in Abilene, Texas. The owner had disabled the starter just after midnight on Saturday.

Police set up surveillance on the home.

According to court documents, Collins was seen pushing the maroon Honda out of the garage and into the street.

A source told KVII Collins then requested an Uber. He got in the black Cadillac with Torres and forced the driver out at gunpoint.

Abilene police stopped the car after he rammed one of their patrol vehicles.

They arrested Collins and rescued Eleia.

Police then searched the home and Honda. They found a 9mm gun, which is the same caliber as the five shell casings found at the murder scene.

According to court documents, Collins admitted to kidnapping Eleia, but denied shooting the other three victims.
